About
For 30 years, Maria Grazia Testa has been doing the same thing in different rooms — on every continent, with farmers and finance directors, with Amazonian indigenous communities and UN delegations, with artists and engineers, with leaders navigating crisis and organisations trying to understand what they are becoming.
She takes the full weight of a question — scientific, philosophical, human — and builds a passage through it. People arrive with complexity. They leave with something they did not expect: clarity that feels like relief, and wonder that feels like fuel.
By formation a polymath — her thinking moves across neuroscience, philosophy, linguistics, the arts, systems thinking, organisational ecosystems, and 30 years of contemplative practice. Human rights and ecology are not domains among others for her. They are the ground everything else stands on.
She does not teach from a finished position. She thinks in public, in real time, in response to what is actually in the room.
She has been a frontrunner and first meaning-maker across four of the defining revolutions of our time — the internet economy, globalisation, sustainability at scale, and now AI. Each time, she arrived early, made sense of what was happening, and helped shape it toward something more human and more fair.
She has spoken at TEDx, advised the European Commission and United Nations, and guided transformation at leading NGOs, universities, and multinationals across six continents.
She is based in Amsterdam. She works everywhere.
Meraviglia — wonder, astonishment, the sudden clarity filled with possibilities on the other side of complexity — is what she is here for.
